See our care instructions for embroidery and DTF Heat Transfer to keep your garment's fresh and looking new without the risk of damaging the decoration.
DTF Heat Transfer
- Wash and dry inside out
- DO NOT hot wash, cold / cool wash on a gentle cycle only
- DO NOT use harsh chemicals such as bleach and avoid fabric softeners where possible
- DO NOT tumble dry
- DO NOT dry clean
- Avoid drying in direct sunlight
- Do not iron directly on the printed area, iron inside out
- Avoid excessive heat on the print
- Please allow 3 days from the day of completion before washing as it continues to adhere onto the garment during this time.
DTF Heat Transfer Printing on your garments should last 50+ washes at a minimum, given the correct techniques are used in application.
After the items have been pressed, there will sometimes be a heat press mark on the garment, this will disappear after the first or second wash.
Embroidery

- Preferably air dry, otherwise tumble dry on a delicate cycle
- DO NOT dry clean
- Do not iron directly on the embroidered area, iron inside out
Embroidery should last the life of the garment, given the correct techniques are used, although you will find overtime the colours will fade and the embroidered area may 'pucker'.
After the items have been embroidered, there will sometimes be a hoop mark on the garment, this will disappear after the first or second wash.
