Please take the time to read the following before placing an order online;

ORDERING MULTIPLE SIZES / COLOURS - when ordering multiple sizes and/or colours of the same product with the same design, all you need to do is add each size/colour individually and the design will save for each one, e.g. add 5x Large to cart, the design will save when you then press XL, and then choose that QTY and add to cart. The discounts will stack in your cart automatically. The same design on different products will need to be made again.

POSITIONS & SIZE - we use your customised images as a guide, we will use our expertise to put the logo in the best possible area as close as possible to where you have placed it, along with the sizing to match. We will also contact you if the chosen method cannot be replicated to your image (Embroidery is sometimes restrictive, Heat Transfers are usually fine). The flat lay images are a guide, as the items always sit different when being worn. If you need something 100% to match your creation, leave a note in the cart notes.

PRICING & CART - the items will go into your cart in seperate parts (e.g. shirt 5001, Embroidery, DTF Heat Transfer) depending on your chosen methods. This is so we can discount each item accordingly. If you have chosen the same method for two sides, it will include both automatically (e.g. Embroidery on both front and back of 15 shirts will make the embroidery x30 in cart) Please don't get confused, as it is all automatic, so providing the images and QTY is added correctly, the cart pricing will be correct.

DISCOUNTS - discounts will be applied automatically in your cart and not on the product page. (please also note the above PRICING & CART info). The awesome thing with OMNIWEAR is we stack discounts, so if you are ordering multiple items with the same method, we don't restart the discount tier, it continues!

COLOURS - we try our best to match the colours as accurately as possible, although we can only match the file that is uploaded. If colours need to be 100% accurate, please contact us.

SET-UP FEE - we require a one-time set-up fee for Embroidery as your logo needs to be converted to stitches. We create digitising files of the highest standard and accuracy, and test them before applying them to your purchased garments. This will add to the garment price on the product screen, however, it will only be charged once in your cart.

EMBROIDERY - we only offer small embroideries on our website (up to 20cm wide), if you are after a large embroidery, please contact us. If you place an order and your embroidery is too big, we will contact you. NOTE - if you are ordering the same embroidery for multiple products, you only need the 1 set-up fee in your cart.

NAMES & NUMBERS - use one number / name as a guide on your product customisation, and then add the rest of the numbers / names in the info field before checking out. All names and numbers are done with our DTF Heat Transfers.

REPEAT ORDERS - our custom order images save in the system for 30 days before being automatically deleted, so please create the order again if ordering after 30 days of purchase. We do keep your logo files in our system, so any embroidery and printing files will not need to be set-up again, providing nothing has changed.
