Please read before placing an order online;

ORDERING MULTIPLE SIZES / COLOURS - when ordering multiple sizes and/or colours of the same product with the same design, all you need to do is add each size/colour individually and the design will save for each one. E.g. add 5 x Large to cart, the design will stay on screen, then select XL, choose that QTY and add to cart. The same design on different products will need to be made again.

POSITIONS & SIZE - we use your customised images as a guide, we will use our expertise to put the logo in the best possible area as close as possible to where you have placed it, along with the sizing to match.

PRICING & DISCOUNTS - any added logos will add to the product price. Check here for discount tiers. Discounts will be applied automatically in your cart, not on the product page. If you have multiple sizes / colours of the same product, these will automatically stack up in the cart.

COLOURS - we try our best to match the colours as accurately as possible, although we can only match the file that is uploaded. If colours need to be 100% accurate, please contact us.

SET-UP FEE - we do not charge setup fees if you can provide us a clear, printable file. If we cannot use the file provided to print your logo clearly, we will need to charge a small ONE-TIME setup fee for each logo.

NAMES & NUMBERS - use one number / name as a guide when customising your product, and then add the rest of the numbers / names in the info field before checking out. All names and numbers are done with our DTF Heat Transfers.
