After receiving your info, we’ll email you to discuss all the specifics — including size, shape, colours, quantity, and anything else needed to bring your design to life.

We create a mockup

Once we understand what you’re after, we’ll create a personalised mockup to make sure everything looks perfect before moving ahead.

Step 4

Confirmation & Payment

Once all details are confirmed and you’re happy with the mockup, we’ll send an invoice so you can complete payment and give the green light to start production.

Step 5

We wait

After final approval, your custom air fresheners will be carefully produced. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and our factory schedule.

Step 6

All yours!

Once your order is complete, we’ll let you know. You can collect it or have it shipped straight to you — ready to hand out, sell, or use however you like.
