Omniwear Returns Policy

Please note: Due to the custom nature of our work, we maintain a strict return policy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and want all customers to be satisfied with their orders. However, as a small business offering custom-made goods, our returns policy reflects the nature of personalised apparel and the care required for such items.


 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@omniwear.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item. In your email, include:

  • Your name

 

  • Your order number

 

  • The reason for your return

 

  • The date of purchase

 

Once approved, your return parcel must have your name and order number clearly written on the outside of the packaging.

⚠️ Important: Do not return any item without first receiving written approval from our team. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be processed.


 

What Can Be Returned

  • Only unbranded items (not custom printed) may be returned.

 

  • Items must be in brand new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from odors (including perfume), pet hair, lint, or visible wear.

 

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

 

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

 

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is different from what was ordered.

 


 

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Any item returned after 7 days of delivery.

 

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered in any way.

 

  • Items not in their original packaging.

 

  • Custom-branded apparel or accessories, including printed garments, uniforms, or air fresheners. These are made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a proven manufacturer fault.

 

  • DTF Gang Sheets or any other custom transfer product. We offer a free sample pack for quality testing before committing to bulk orders.

 

  • We do not accept returns due to differences from other suppliers, or if incorrect application/care results in product failure.

 

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

 


 

Important Note on Fabric & Pilling

Pilling (small fuzz or lint build-up) is a normal and natural characteristic of cotton and cotton-blend garments, especially when exposed to friction. It is not a fault, nor does it affect the garment’s wearability or quality. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for pilling or other natural fabric behaviours that occur during wear or washing.


 

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Refunds: Eligible only for unbranded items returned within 7 days in new condition.

 

  • Exchanges or Store Credit: Offered on the same terms, pending approval by our team.

 

  • Custom items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit unless faulty.

 

  • If a manufacturer fault is confirmed on a branded/custom item, we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.

 


 

Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received incorrect or faulty.

 

  • We will cover return shipping only for verified manufacturer faults or errors on our part.
