Do you have samples in-store?
Absolutely! We have a large range of samples from most of our suppliers right here in our show-room. You can visit us anytime to check them out or have a chat with us!
PLEASE NOTE - We do not have all styles, sizes and colours in-store.

How long do DTF gang sheet orders take?
All DTF Gang Sheet orders aim to be complete and sent within 24 hours (business days only). In the rare chance it may be delayed, we will be sure to notify you.

Can I supply my own items?
We may be able to decorate your supplied items, however we ask that you bring them in-store so we can physically check them before we give you an answer.
PLEASE NOTE - Decoration prices are higher for supplied garments, and no QTY discounts are applicable.

Do you create logos?
We do not create logos, however we can work with you to get something sorted. As long as you give us a template at the minimum, we can make something work and bring your idea to life!

What hours do you open?
Our opening hours are listed at the bottom of our website, and on Google.

Why is there a minimum of 5 for embroidery?
We require a minimum of 5 units for embroidered products due to the complexity of the process. This ensures the job is efficient and cost-effective for both sides.
